What is Activity Score?

Activity Score measures relative liquidity in a company's stock in the private markets

Updated over a year ago

Activity Score is a metric developed by Notice to rank the Most Active Companies.

Activity Score for a given company = total verified trades and open indications of interest for that company / total verified trades and open indications of interest for the most active company

Companies with a high Activity Score currently have relatively more liquidity in the private markets, an important consideration for current and potential investors.

Our mission at Notice is to level the playing field for all private market participants. One important way to do that is to quantify the current private market activity level of companies, and share that activity level with market participants for free.

Notice Rankings are the best rankings available to private market investors who want to research companies based on multiple, relevant criteria using the most accurate and freshest private market data available, and they are completely free.
