Our enhanced company profiles are designed to help you more effectively research, track and evaluate individual companies relative to the overall market.
New information added to our company profiles:
1. Key measures
We added helpful metrics that provide important liquidity and capitalization information about the company. This metrics are published only by Notice.
Total Public Fund Ownership - Total ownership of the company by public mutual funds.
Coverage Ratio - Real-time market cap divided by total funding to date, a measure of the company's ability to return capital to common shareholders in a liquidity event.
Activity Score - Activity score is a relative measure based on open indications of interest. The range is 0-100 where 100 is most active.
2. Rankings
We summarize the rankings of the company current has across several categories:
Top Movers: Companies with largest gains and losses in value over last 30 days.
Most Valuable: Most valuable companies based on current share price.
Most Funded: Companies with largest amount of capital raised to date.
Most Discounted: Companies with largest drop in value since last financing.
Most Active: Most liquid companies based on recent trades and open indications.
Largest Rounds: Companies with largest funding rounds over last 30 days.
Riskiest Common Stock: Companies with lowest "coverage ratio", as defined above.
3. Historical stock performance
We summarize historical share price changes over multiple time frames, such as YTD and QoQ.
4. Funding data
For each funding round, we show detailed capital structure information, including total amount raised, post-money valuation, pre-money valuation, % step up, PPS, total authorized shares, total outstanding shares, % share class ownership, share class seniority, conversion PPS, liquidity preference, dividend %, dividend type, anti-dilution provision, participation preference, participation cap, voting rights, and redemption rights.
5. Investor summary
For each investor, we detail which rounds they participated in, and similar companies they have invested in.
6. Mutual fund marks
For all reporting funds, we detail the number of reporting sub-funds that own the company's stock, and a holdings-weighted average mark across all funds for each fund family.
