How are N50 components selected?
N50 is comprised of the 50 largest private market companies meeting the following criteria:
Has raised at least one round of venture financing
Has a Notice Price
Has private market secondary activity
Has a Coverage Ratio greater than 1.33
Has not entered into a binding purchase agreement and is not in bankruptcy proceedings
We use 50 component companies because in aggregate those companies represent a significant share of the activity in the private market.
