Exploring Liquidity
Finding counterparties in the private markets can be challenging to say the least. The best way to buy and sell private stock is to work with top brokers who have relevant expertise in the stock you are interested in transacting or have recently completed deals of a similar size, in a similar space, etc.
(Note you must be a registered user) Post an “indication of interest” in buying or selling a specific stock by clicking the blue "Post" button on the right side of the main navigation bar on every page (see image below). When you post an indication, Notice will show those indications of interest to the brokers who are most likely able to help you based on their expertise and verified trade history. You will receive responses to your indication using Notice Messenger or email.
Eligibility
Exploring liquidity is available FOR FREE to all Notice members. Remember you must be an accredited investor to purchase shares. Learn more about how to get accredited.
