How do I use Notice to buy or sell stock of a private company?

You can connect with expert brokers on Notice to help you buy or sell stock.

Intro

Notice is not a transaction platform so you can’t purchase or sell stock on the platform. However you can use Notice to connect with expert brokers who can help you trade stock.

IMPT: you need to be an accredited investor to purchase private stock and/or see offers to purchase private stock. So before connecting with an expert broker, please start the accreditation process here.

How do I use Notice to contact expert brokers who can help me buy or sell stock?

There are two ways to use Notice to connect with expert brokers who can help you buy or sell stock:

Option 1: Go to any company profile page. Under the “Top brokers” section, you can directly message those brokers through Notice messenger.

Option 2: Go to http://notice.co/dashboard, click “More” drop down menu in main navigation and select “My indications”. From here you can create an indication of interest in buying or selling stock and brokers who have relevant expertise will be messaged on your behalf. You will receive an email when they respond to you via Notice messenger.

Is messaging brokers on Notice about stock purchases FINRA-compliant?

Yes, Notice messenger is FINRA-compliant, which means that both parties will receive a complete record of the conversation via email for your files.
